Booking
How do I make a booking?
When you fill in the booking form on our website, your details become a ready-to-send WhatsApp message; just send it. You can also call us on +90 533 330 56 86 or message us directly on WhatsApp at +90 501 538 20 20.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once we receive your request, we confirm the availability of the car and the price. Your booking is confirmed when you approve it.
Are you open at weekends and on public holidays?
Yes. We operate 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.
Pick-up and return
Where can I pick up the car?
At our Denizli city office, at Denizli Çardak Airport, at hotels in Pamukkale and Karahayıt, or at an address of your choice in Denizli.
Is airport delivery available 24/7?
Yes. Airport deliveries are available day and night. Just add your flight number and arrival time to your booking notes.
Can I return the car at a different location?
Yes, you can choose separate pick-up and return locations. We will let you know any conditions for a different return location when you book.
Requirements and insurance
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. Your licence must have been held for at least 3 years and the driver must be aged 23 or over. We do not take a deposit.
Is there a minimum age?
The driver must be aged 23 or over and have held a driving licence for at least 3 years.
Do you take a deposit?
No. We do not take a deposit on our rentals.
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, the limit is 300 km per day. Each kilometre over the limit is charged at ₺8.
Are the cars insured?
Yes, all our cars have comprehensive (kasko) insurance. The coverage is explained clearly at handover.
Can I rent a car with a foreign driving licence?
Requirements for foreign licences can vary by country. Message us before your trip and we will check your licence together.

Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes. Our monthly and yearly plans include maintenance and insurance.
Can I rent a car with a driver?
Yes. We offer chauffeur service for airport pick-ups, business meetings, weddings and private events.
Do you have vehicles for larger groups?
Yes. We have a 7-seat SUV and 9-seat (8+1) vans including the driver.
